
My boyfriend recently went to the Apple store to purchase a desktop. When purchasing MAC computers, it is recommended you set it up in the store. Because of how busy it was, there was no available representative to assist him after he purchased it. Soon or later, the manager pulled in a representative from the back to assist him. While the representative was helping him setup the desktop, he noticed the representative never looked up at him. The rep began to fiddle around for the keyboard and that's when he notice the rep was blind.
His first thought was why out of all the customers in the store, he ended up with the blind rep. He began to get a bit frustrated. The rep never once made reference to his blindness. Once the rep began working...
