It’s time for a promotion!

When God is ready to promote you to another level, he has to test you to ensure that you are able to handle that promotion. With each level is a new set of obstacles. The strength you had on the previous level may not be enough to get you through the obstacles on the next level. So be careful of what you ask for when asking for a promotion or an increase. Whether it be a new job, better finances, increase in your marriage, a new relationship, patience, it all comes with a test which requires new strength on your part to overcome. The only way to gain strength is for God to take you through some things when God is the only strength you have to depend on.

So as you go through these difficult times, know that God has a plan and just let him have control. No matter how hard it may be, know that he will never put more on you than you can bear. Be grateful he counted you worthy to go through it because out of everyone in your surroundings, he is choosing to promote you!

Life has a funny way of throwing curve balls right when things finally seems to be going right in our lives. It's at that very moment that we take that deep breath in frustration and begin to ask "why me, why now?"

Life for me lately has been rocky, disappointing, frustrating, hurtful, buy yet joyous all at the same time. Those that know me personally know the things my family and I have been dealing with. It's time like these when having a great support system really matters. That is why it is important to evaluate those in your circle. If there is no one in your circle that can pray for you, someone that you can look up to, someone that can keep you encouraged when you do not have the strength to encourage yourself, someone to be there just to hold your hand, or shout when you get blessed, then you should really re-evaluate your circle.

Despite the troublesome times I have been dealing with, my heart is filled with joy because those around me in my circle are also filled with joy. Blessings and favor all over the place! New jobs, better pay, new relationships, new houses, new business adventures and more! It makes me happy to see my circle of friends getting blessed. I don't want to be so selfish and caught up in my own troubles that I can't find the time and energy to shout for others blessings.

I am grateful for my team and the favor of God is on all of our lives! This post is dedicated to all of you!
